GRAPEFRUIT TART

Dough

  • 200g flour

  • 75g sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 100g cold butter

 

Filling

  • 2 grapefruits or oranges

  • 100ml juice from the fruit

  • 2 eggs (size S)

  • 50g sugar

  • 200g soft cheese

  1. Preheat the oven to 180° / 360°F. Knead the ingredients for the dough and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. 

  2. Press the dough into the tart pans and place in the fridge again.

  3. Grate the peel from the grapefruits or oranges and squeeze the juice. 

  4. Whisk the eggs and then mix the sugar, juice and grated zest with the cream cheese. 

  5. Now pour the cream into the pans and bake for 20 minutes.
