• 75g vegan margarine

  • 75g brown sugar

  • 1 seeds scraped from vanilla pod

  • 50g plain flour

  • 100g ground hazelnut

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 80g chopped vegan dark chocolate


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F and cover 2 trays with baking paper.

  2. Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy, stir in the vanilla seeds

  3. Combine the flour, salt, baking powder, ground hazelnut and chopped chocolate chips in a separate bowl. Afterwards stir the flour mixture into the margarine sugar mixture.

  4. Using 2 spoons to portion the dough and put them on the tray.

  5. Bake the cookies for approximately 10 minutes. until golden brown.
