A vegan bread recipe easy to bake and so delicious.

  • 250g oats

  • 200g pumpkin seeds

  • 2 tablespoons baking powder

  • 250ml soya milk

  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C / 370°F. Line the loaf tin with non-stick baking paper. You can either use a 1/2lb or 1lb tin.

  2. Milling the oats and the pumpkin seeds in a food processor until you have a flour texture. Then add the baking powder.

  3. Combine the soya milk and cider vinegar in a separate bowl and pour into the flour. Mix it until it is fully combined.

  4. Melt the coconut oil and mix it with the marple syrup. Then add the flour mixture, stirring to mix all the ingredients until you have a smooth and thick batter.

  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf tin, sprinkle over some oats and bake it for 45 minutes.
