For the dough

  • 90 g old fashioned rolled oats

  • 130 g ground old fashioned rolled oats

  • 55 g coconut oil

  • 2 bananas

  • 1 pinch of vanilla

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

For the filling

  • 60 g blueberries

  • 100g strawberries

  • 3 teaspoons chia seeds

  • 1 pinch of vanilla

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C / 360°F.

  2. Heat blueberries and strawberries in a small pot.

  3. Stir in chia seeds, vanilla and simmer gently for 15-20 minutes.

  4. Meanwhile, mix 130 g of oat flakes into flour in a mixer.

  5. Mix with the remaining 90 g oat flakes, vanilla and cinnamon.

  6. Mash the bananas with a fork and stir into the oat flakes with the liquid coconut oil.

  7. Line a baking tin form (20 cm x 20 cm) with baking paper.

  8. Put half of the dough into the tin and cover the bottom with it. Press the dough slightly.

  9. Now pour the blueberry strawberry mixture on top.

  10. Spread the rest of the dough on top. 

  11. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until the dough is slightly browned.

  12. Let it cool down and cut into pieces.
